Job summary

LionHires Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a six-person team, align Casino Operations, QA and Commercial functions, and ensure certifications across multi-market regimes.

You will drive governance, scope new markets, safeguard against GSP failures, oversee incident investigations, and manage the internal Compliance Portal to maintain a single source of truth for certifications and market rules.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, or QA with leadership history.
• Understanding of global iGaming standards, game certification processes and multi-market licensing.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives for market launches.
• Hands-on experience investigating technical breaches and GSP outages.
• Proven ability to map, analyse and improve QA/workflow practices.
• Experience contributing to internal tools, databases or portals.
• Strong organizational skills to govern multiple market rollouts and releases.
• Excellent ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable steps for teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct team leadership of six: Team Lead and five compliance/QA specialists.
• Lead compliance scoping for new market entries and support business expansion.
• Serve as primary liaison between Casino Operations, QA and Commercial teams.
• Oversee end-to-end game certification and live deployment against market rules.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage incidents/regulatory mitigation.
• Own and evolve the internal Compliance Portal for certifications and QA tracking.
• Provide regular risk updates and compliance health checks to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve QA workflows and governance across markets.
