People Solutions are recruiting for a Multi Drop Van Driver in St Helens, Merseyside. The role suits drivers with van delivery experience and offers weekly pay, on-site facilities, and potential for permanent placement.

Multi Drop Van Driver - St Helens

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi Drop Van Driver to join our well-established client based in St Helens, Merseyside.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent full-time work and genuine long-term progression.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver, 3.5 Tonne Driver or Courier Driver or in a similar driving position.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

As a Multi Drop Van Driver, you will work:

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 04:00 and 05:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Multi Drop Van Driver are:

• Loading your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries
• Completing 25-30 store deliveries and collections per day
• Delivering clothing, beauty and similar products safely and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point
• Communicating effectively with customers and the transport office
• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Multi Drop Van Driver, you will need:

• Full UK Category B (Car/Van) Driving Licence
• A minimum of twelve months' van delivery experience
• No more than three penalty points for minor offences
• A reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Training:

• Driver assessment including a theory and on-road evaluation
• Two-day paid induction following a successful assessment
• One week of on-the-job training alongside an experienced driver
