Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our hybrid team. Location: Birmingham with weekly on-site requirements; it's a 12-month FTC and a chance to work with a leading technology client.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will design MSP recruitment solutions, manage vendors, and use Fieldglass/beeline analytics to tailor staffing strategies while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality client service and recruitment advice.
• Tailor MSP recruitment solutions using your knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrate communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hire blue and white-collar profiles.
• Experience with Fieldglass or Beeline is required.

Responsibilities

• Craft future-proof talent strategies using MSP recruitment knowledge.
• Drive vendor management across roles with top-tier client service.
• Leverage Fieldglass and analytics to tailor recruitment solutions.
• Be the first contact for managers and suppliers, fostering relationships.
