Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our hybrid team. Location: Birmingham with weekly on-site requirements; it's a 12-month FTC and a chance to work with a leading technology client.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will design MSP recruitment solutions, manage vendors, and use Fieldglass/beeline analytics to tailor staffing strategies while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality client service and recruitment advice.

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Craft Future proof Talent Strategies:Utilise your market knowledge to design innovative MSP recruitment solutions.

• Vendor Management:Drive vendor management across various roles, ensuring top-tier client service and expert advice.

• Technology and Insights:Leverage technology (fieldglass) and analytics to tailor recruitment solutions based on specific requirements.

• Stakeholder Management:Be the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Problem-Solving:Use your initiative to resolve queries and find effective solutions.
