Job summary

RSM UK Group LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role covers Experienced hires across Consulting and Core Function Service Lines, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, candidate experience, and data-driven hires.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, manage sourcing pipelines, and drive improvements in the recruitment process. The role supports hybrid working and is ideally based in the Midlands or Manchester region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Services (Accountancy) environment preferred.
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proven team leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for Experienced hires in consulting and core service lines.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define requirements and attraction strategy.
• Source candidates using diverse channels and build a talent pipeline.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and manage offers and onboarding.
• Provide regular MI on market trends and recruitment performance.
• Support internal recruitment initiatives and external agency relationships.
