Job summary

GTC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 12-month contract at West Burton. The role is hybrid, with 3 days on site, and involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefings to onboarding.

You will partner with line managers, source for specialist roles, and build talent pipelines while ensuring best practices, compliance, and DE&I across recruitment activities. Strong stakeholder relationships and data-driven insights are essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
• Proven track record sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill roles
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation, DE&I principles

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective attraction strategies.
• Source candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill roles using direct sourcing and talent attraction methods.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Provide advice on recruitment best practices, employment legislation and DE&I.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Use recruitment data and analytics to provide insights, reporting and recommendations.
• Support improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes and the overall candidate experience.
• Contribute to EVP, employer branding, workforce planning and large-scale recruitment campaigns where required.
