Location: Hybrid - Work from home with on-site requirements weekly in Birmingham

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Craft Future proof Talent Strategies: Utilise your market knowledge to design innovative MSP recruitment solutions.


• Vendor Management: Drive vendor management across various roles, ensuring top-tier client service and expert advice.


• Technology and Insights: Leverage technology (fieldglass) and analytics to tailor recruitment solutions based on specific requirements.


• Stakeholder Management: Be the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.


• Problem-Solving: Use your initiative to resolve queries and find effective solutions.


• Deliver high-class client service and expert recruitment advice.


• Tailor recruitment solutions using your MSP recruitment knowledge.


• Thrive on building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.


• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Hire blue collar/ and white collar profiles.


• Technically capable with working experience of Fieldglass or Beeline
