Job summary

BITS Group is seeking an MSP Support Engineer to own client tickets from first contact through resolution, handling Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management. You will engage with client staff and stakeholders, delivering practical support across on-site and remote channels.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in MSP environments, strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID experience, and a drive to grow with the business. Role involves on-site work and UK driving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in an MSP environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Working knowledge of device management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own tickets from first contact to resolution, not escalated up the chain.
• Build relationships with client staff and stakeholders, representing BITS confidently.
• Administer Microsoft 365 for clients, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, licensing, device setup and Windows/macOS endpoints.
• Support security stack and tenant hardening tools as part of client environments.
• Maintain network gear such as firewalls, switches, wireless APs, VoIP and connectivity.
• Monitor, patch and proactive maintenance through our PSA/RMM platform.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation for the team.
• Participate in projects, migrations and new client transitions.
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group training for client staff.
