To be confirmed IT Onboarding Engineer role focuses on managing onboarding for MSP clients, documenting environments, deploying MSP tools and security solutions, and handing over to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP onboarding and coordinating IT migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, Intune and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to audit environments and document technical details.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities for new MSP customers.
• Coordinate transition of IT services from incumbents.
• Gather credentials, licences and infrastructure details.
