Vanrath in Belfast is seeking an IT Engineer to join its managed services team. The role involves providing technical support across a varied client base, resolving complex issues, and contributing to infrastructure and cloud projects, including Microsoft 365 deployments and server implementations.

The position offers hybrid working arrangements, with office visits and client-site work, and a salary in the £30k–£40k range, open to discussions based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong background in IT Support - MSP experience desirable.
• Confident troubleshooting across infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment and firewall solutions.
• Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure-related issues across Windows environments.

Responsibilities
