Job summary

CRG TEC in Lancaster is seeking a Microsoft-biased engineer to join our close-knit technical team. The role is based full-time in the Lancaster office, handling BAU support and project work, providing exposure to both service desk activities and infrastructure change.

We value a hands-on attitude, coachability, and a drive to progress. You'll be supporting external customers and visiting client sites when required. A driving licence is desirable to support site visits.

Qualifications

• Commercial MSP experience is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Support external customers from the Lancaster office.
• Balance BAU service desk tasks with project work (approx. 60/40).
• Communicate clearly and manage client expectations.
