Job summary

Crg Tech is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join an MSP's technical team in a hybrid role after probation. You will handle complex 3rd line escalations, work on infrastructure projects, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and networking environments.

The role offers £37-45k, training and certification support, pension, and other benefits, with hybrid working in the West Lancs area after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP environments and 3rd line support.
• Solid grounding across Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Hands-on Intune experience is particularly important.
• Good understanding of networking and Azure, with experience supporting migrations or projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex escalations across customer environments in a 3rd line capacity.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and project work.
• Work across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and Azure.
• Engage with customers directly, taking ownership and documenting resolutions.
