Job summary

Crg Tec, a leading MSP, is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to deliver infrastructure projects across client environments, manage migrations and upgrades, and provide senior-level support for Microsoft technologies.

Based in Chorley with a hybrid pattern (4 days in the office), you will understand customer requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to documentation while helping to refine processes and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure background, ideally within an MSP.
• Experience across Microsoft infrastructure, virtualisation, networking and cloud technologies.
• Customer-facing experience and ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure projects, migrations and upgrades across customer environments.
• Provide senior-level technical consultancy and support as required.
• Contribute to technical documentation and improve internal processes.
