Ideal candidates will have knowledge of CapEx, MTA/MSA contracts, and experience in international contexts. Excellent organisation and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal support role.
• Knowledge of CapEx and long form contracts such as MTA/MSA is advantageous.
• Experience in international/aerospace environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal and contract support across the lifecycle from intake to post-execution.
• Review, redline, format contracts, subcontracts, service agreements and project correspondence.
• Support contract governance, approvals, and documentation per internal policies.
• Identify key terms, deviations and risk areas, escalating to senior legal staff.
• Maintain organized contract records, templates and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Track contract status, dates and obligations; coordinate with internal stakeholders to align with legal requirements.
