Qualifications

• VRS registered RICS Surveyor with post-qualification experience is preferred.
• Experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, and HMO is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lender and private valuation work, plus Level 2 surveys.
• Apply detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
• Maintain strong risk awareness within a regulated environment.
