Job summary

Veolia Group in Wolverhampton is seeking a motivated MRF Team Leader to drive safety, customer service excellence and sustainable practices at our material recycling facility.

You will coach the team, monitor KPIs and uphold high housekeeping standards while engaging with stakeholders to support Veolia's mission of resource conservation.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS systems and knowledge of waste hierarchy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• IT skills, especially Google platform.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRF facility with focus on safety and customer service excellence while meeting company objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for service users, providing expert recycling guidance and customer support.
• Build and maintain strong team dynamics through coaching and mentoring staff.
• Monitor KPIs and uphold high housekeeping standards with clear communication.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage performance and attendance documentation.
