Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries and bookings for hazardous waste disposal, handling internal and external queries with efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage the complete customer journey from initial query through to collection scheduling, ensuring work meets targets and complies with policies.
• Handle calls swiftly, professionally, and provide accurate quotations while upholding Health and Safety requirements.
• Input waste details into Salesforce and coordinate with the external sales team to keep customers informed.
• Complete legislative paperwork and ensure correct data entry for efficient servicing and compliance.
