The Role
To strengthen our motorsports program, we are seeking a Team Simulation Support Engineer to enhance the utilization of our simulation toolchain across GM Motorsports-supported series. The primary goal is to provide engineering support that improves on-track performance. You will collaborate with race team members and support engineers to conduct analysis using offline and driver-in-loop (DiL) simulations, develop and educate on offline simulation tools, and contribute to vehicle modeling and simulation settings for on-track events. All projects should be completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. Proficiency in simulation tasks, proactive engagement, and a passion for accurate, efficient models are essential.
