Rise Technical Recruitment Limited recruits for a leading教育 provider in Accrington to appoint a Motor Vehicle Trainer. You will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IMI training in the classroom and workshop, drawing on hands-on industry experience to build learners’ practical and theoretical skills.

Requirements include an A Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification or IMI equivalent and a teaching/assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or IMI qualification.
• Strong hands-on industry experience in the automotive sector.
• Willingness to progress towards a teaching/assessor qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Motor Vehicle training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners.
• Deliver IMI programmes across Motor Vehicle disciplines.
• Support learners to develop practical and theoretical automotive skills.
• Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development.
• Support employer engagement and develop industry links.
• Help learners achieve strong outcomes and progress into further education or employment.

You will be joining the team as a Motor Vehicle Trainer, delivering high-quality training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners studying IMI programmes at the organisation's leading college

The Role
