Job summary

TR2 Recruitment is assisting a leading training provider in Trafford, Greater Manchester, to hire a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance Tutor on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves delivering Level 3 training, teaching both practical and theory sessions, and supporting learners through assessments and development.

Successful candidates will have relevant Motor Vehicle qualifications and a recognised teaching qualification, plus strong hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Motor Vehicle trade qualifications relevant to Level 3.
• Recognised teaching qualification required.
• Strong practical experience in Vehicle Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Probation completion may permit home-based marking/planning.

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance Tutor – Greater Manchester | £35,000

A leading training provider is looking for an experienced Vehicle Maintenance Tutor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in Trafford.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle professional with a passion for developing the next generation of technicians.

The Role

• Deliver Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance training
• Teach both practical and theory-based sessions
• Support learners with their development and assessments
• Mark work and prepare lessons
• Deliver 4 days of teaching, with 1 day dedicated to marking and lesson preparation
• Following successful completion of probation, the marking/planning day can be worked from home

We’re Looking For

• Relevant Motor Vehicle trade qualifications
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Strong practical experience within Vehicle Maintenance
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
• A genuine passion for supporting learners into successful careers

Salary & Benefits

• Circa £35,000 per annum
• 7:30am – 3:00pm
• 25 days' annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Full-time, permanent position
• 1 day per week working from home after successful completion of probation
