Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Motor Vehicle Trainer in Accrington to deliver high-quality IMI training to Level 1 and 2 learners.

You will bring hands-on industry experience to the classroom and workshop, helping learners develop practical and theoretical skills for progression within the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or IMI equivalent.
• Strong hands-on industry experience in automotive sector.
• Willingness to work towards a teaching/assessor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality Motor Vehicle training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners.
• Delivering IMI programmes across Motor Vehicle disciplines.
• Supporting learners to develop practical and theoretical automotive skills.
• Creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
• Contributing to curriculum development.
• Supporting employer engagement and developing industry links.
• Helping learners achieve strong outcomes and progress into further education or employment.

You will be joining the team as a Motor Vehicle Trainer, delivering high-quality training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners studying IMI programmes at the organisation's leading college

The Role

The Person

• A Level 3 vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent IMI qualification
• Strong hands-on industry experience within the automotive sector
• Recognised teaching and/or assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them progress
• The motivation to contribute to curriculum development and employer engagement
