Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Trainer in Accrington to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IMI programmes. You will bring hands-on automotive experience into the classroom and workshop, helping learners gain practical and theoretical skills to progress into the industry.

The role emphasizes creating an engaging learning environment, contributing to curriculum development, and fostering employer links to support learner outcomes and progression.

Qualificações

• Level 3 vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or IMI equivalent.
• Hands-on industry experience in automotive sector.
• Teaching/assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Delivering high-quality Motor Vehicle training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners.

The Role

• A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them progress
• The motivation to contribute to curriculum development and employer engagement
