You will bring hands-on automotive experience into the classroom and workshop, helping learners gain practical and theoretical skills to progress into the industry.

The role emphasizes creating an engaging learning environment, contributing to curriculum development, and fostering employer links to support learner outcomes and progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or IMI equivalent.
• Hands-on industry experience in automotive sector.
• Teaching/assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality Motor Vehicle training to Level 1 and Level 2 learners.
• Delivering IMI programmes across a range of Motor Vehicle disciplines.
• Supporting learners to develop their practical and theoretical automotive skills.
• Creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
• Contributing to curriculum development.
• Supporting employer engagement and developing industry links.
• Helping learners achieve strong outcomes and progress into further education or employment.
