Formación

• Experience in motor claims handling.
• Proven leadership in a similar setting.
• Strong client-facing and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of claims handlers to meet client SLAs and KPIs.
• Serve as the main liaison between claims handlers and management.
• Oversee recovery procedure documentation and client service reviews.
• Monitor performance, deliver training, and address issues promptly and fairly.
• Manage high-profile or contentious cases while safeguarding quality standards and client outcomes.
• Support financial targets by controlling the claim lifecycle and aiding aged debt recovery.
