• Previous people management or team leadership experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with ongoing improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team to deliver high-quality recovery outcomes.
• Managing performance against service levels, KPIs and quality standards.
• Overseeing own caseload of complex, high-value recovery claims.
• Providing guidance on complex recovery matters as a technical expert.
• Supporting client relationships and governance across the team.
• Building relationships with clients, insurers, solicitors and stakeholders.
• Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Producing management information and contributing to strategy and growth.
