Gallagher is seeking a Recovery Operations Manager to oversee our Property Recovery function. You’ll lead a team of Recovery Specialists, ensuring excellent customer outcomes, strong operational performance, and high service standards while managing your own complex and high-value recovery claims.

Working with senior leadership, you’ll drive continuous improvement, support client relationships, monitor performance, and contribute to departmental strategy.

Competenze

• Experience in property recovery, subrogated recoveries, claims, or related fields.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of recovery process and claims lifecycle.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a high-performing recovery team.
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, and financial targets.
• Manage a caseload of complex, high-value recovery claims.
• Provide guidance on complex recovery matters as a technical lead.
• Oversee litigated and non-litigated property recovery claims.
• Build relationships with clients, insurers and solicitors.
• Identify process improvements and drive performance.
• Support business growth and client retention.
