Keoghs in Bolton seeks an experienced Limitation File Handler for its Specialist Limitation Team within the Volume Motor Litigation Unit. You will manage MOJ/OICP limitation cases on behalf of key insurer clients and contribute to settlements and cost apportionment.

Full induction and ongoing training will be provided. An established Fast Track litigator background is advantageous for progressing within this niche area.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of case law and litigation practice and process.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
• Ability to follow instruction with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Independent management of a caseload of MOJ and OICP limitation, ensuring court deadlines are met.
• Delivery of performance targets and quality standards.
• Analyse evidence to form initial case strategy on quantum.
• Negotiate with clients, Defendant, and insurers to pursue settlements.
• Draft statements and court documents; liaise with Counsel.
• Maintain case management and billing records accurately.
