Job summary

HF is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join the Motor team in Manchester on a hybrid basis. You will run a litigated caseload of small claims involving liability and vehicle damage.

You will support colleagues, draft documents, attend conferences, and help drive cases to meet SLAs while developing in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated claims, preferably defendant cases.
• Familiarity with the CPR and SRA Code of Conduct and their practical application.
• Knowledge of motor insurance processes and claims handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Run a litigated caseload of small claims involving liability and vehicle damage.
• Assist other Litigation Execs/Claims Handlers with ~100 files.
• Draft documents, applications, offers, orders and directions.
• Attend telephone conferences and manage cases to SLA.
• Review quantum, assess damages, and formalise case plans.
