Keoghs is seeking a Fast Track Specialist File Handler in Bolton to support motor injury litigations and insurer clients. You will handle complex fast-track RTA files, develop case strategy, and draft reports and court documents.

The role requires solid litigation experience and ability to manage costs while keeping clients informed. The position is permanent, full-time, based in Bolton with standard 9am-5pm hours and a 35-hour workweek.

Qualifikationen

• Sound and practical experience of handling Fast Track RTA litigated files.
• Understanding of indemnity and/or the MIB would be beneficial.
• Drafting of legal documents including defences, applications, witness statements.

Aufgaben

• Reviewing files in line with Client Guidelines.
• Formulating strategy and advising the client on the best approach.
• Undertaking Court Hearings and managing case deadlines.
• Ensuring bills are processed in line with Client Guidelines.
• Maintain ISO 9001 guidelines compliance.
