Job summary

Red Dot Search in Bolton is seeking a qualified Third Party Motor Claims Handler (TPPD) to manage third-party vehicle and property damage claims, investigate liability, and progress complex files.

You will work 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm on site, with flexible patterns; salary £24,479–£30,000 dependent on experience. Prior motor claims experience required; CII qualification supported.

Qualifications

• : Must have minimum 2 years motor claims experience.
• : Third party or credit hire experience preferred.
• : Excellent customer service and computer skills across multiple systems.
• : GCSE English and Maths (C/4 or above).
• : Willingness to work towards CII; fully funded.

Responsibilities

• :Handle third-party vehicle and property damage claims; manage investigation, negotiation, and resolution.
• :Investigate liability and determine fault.
• :Manage complex files including high-value claims and liability disputes.
• :Work with credit hire claims; assess validation and negotiate hire charges.
• :Liaise with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies.
• :Identify potential fraud for review.
• :Prioritise workload and support team duties.
• :Provide consistently high service to all parties.
