Red Dot Search UK Limited is seeking an Experienced Motor Claims Handler to manage third party motor claims from notification to settlement in Bolton. The role offers a clear progression path, a hybrid working arrangement after probation, and a competitive salary of £27,479 - £35,000 per year.

You will own a caseload, assess liability, challenge credit hire claims, negotiate with solicitors and insurers, and monitor claims to service standards, with funded CII training and generous holiday and

Qualifications

• Motor claims experience, ideally third party, TPPD or credit hire.
• Confidence arguing liability and maintaining position.
• Organised approach to a full claims caseload across multiple systems.
• GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above.
• CII held or willing to work towards it (fully funded).
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Own a caseload of third party vehicle and property damage claims from notification to settlement.
• Investigate liability and make the call on fault, with the evidence to back it.
• Validate and challenge credit hire claims: hire periods, rates, need and mitigation.
• Negotiate with solicitors, insurers, accident management and credit hire companies.
• Handle the high-value and disputed motor claims, not just the straightforward ones.
• Spot fraud indicators on motor claims and refer them.
• Keep every claim moving to service standards.
