IPS is working with an innovative and fast-growing InsurTech who are expanding its UK claims operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join their team as an FNOL Claims Handler, becoming the initial point of contact for customers when they report a motor incident. This role forms part of a newly created claims team, offering the chance to join at an exciting stage of the company's growth. As one of the first team members in the function, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, contribute to the development of processes and customer journeys, and position yourself for future career progression as the business continues to expand.
The Role:
You will handle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls, capturing accurate incident details and assessing the situation to ensure each claim is set up correctly from the very start. You'll be speaking with customers at a stressful moment, so a calm and reassuring approach is essential as you ensure they receive a seamless journey. As the UK operation continues to grow, you'll also play a role in improving workflows and customer experience.

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy contributing ideas to improve processes and customer outcomes.
You’ll receive a competitive salary and bonus, overtime pay enhancements, private medical cover, life insurance and pension support. The role is hybrid, with full office presence during probation and then 4 days per week in the office. There may be the odd Saturday shift, which will be paid as overtime, along with some bank holiday cover once fully established.
