Job summary

A national autocentre in Winsford is looking for an experienced MOT Technician to join their established workshop team. The role requires performing servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards and conducting MOT tests according to DVSA regulations. The ideal candidate should hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent and have an active MOT Tester Licence. A competitive salary up to £34,000 with On Target Earnings of £38,000 is offered, along with a great benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards.
• Experience in cambelt, clutch, and gearbox repairs.
• Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.

Our client, a busy national autocentre in Winsford has the requirement for an experienced MOT Technician to join their established workshop team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
• Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards
• Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
• Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
• Carry out New Car PDI’s & Used Car MPC’s
• Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements

• Hybrid/EV Qualifications
• Manufacturer Accreditations
