Job summary

An automotive services provider is seeking a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The successful candidate will perform vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards, conduct MOT tests, and carry out various repairs including cambelt and engine work. Essential qualifications include a Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and an Active MOT Tester Licence. The position offers a basic salary of £32,000, uncapped OTE of £40,000, paid overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Hybrid/EV qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards.

• Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
• Carry out New Car PDI’s & Used Car MPC’s
• Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7)
• Full UK Driving Licence
