Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in Oldham. The role requires a valid MOT Class 4 license and a full UK driving license. You will service and MOT test vehicles to DVSA standards, with opportunities for overtime and a structured career path.

Typical benefits include 31 days leave (34 with length of service), an efficiency bonus, and in-house training. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• A valid MOT license (Class 4) is required.
• NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or Mechanical Engineering Level 3 (or equivalent), or Level 2 with main dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Carrying out MOT testing duties in accordance to DVSA standards.
