Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking an MOT Technician for their Mold retail centre. You will be responsible for completing MOTs on customer cars and performing light repair work. A valid MOT licence and experience as a Vehicle Technician are required; qualifications can be pursued through the company.

Working hours are 08:30–17:30 Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota and a day off in the week. Benefits include holiday, pension, life insurance, employee assistance, and staff discounts,

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
• Willing to undertake Level 3 IMI & Hybrid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete MOTs on customer vehicles.
• Perform light and full-service work.
• Carry out fast-fit duties as required.
• Collaborate with workshop and other departments to meet targets.
• Ensure DVSA procedures are followed.

MOT Technician

Our client who is one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a

based at their retail centre in Mold.

As an MOT Technician would be responsible for completing MOTs on customers cars, as well as other light repair work. To be applicable for this role you must have a valid MOT licence, as well as experience working as a Vehicle Technician. You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!

Shift and schedule

08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.
