Just Mortgages is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser in Cardiff. You must hold CeMAP or equivalent.

You will build client relationships, follow up leads, and work closely with estate agents and internal teams to maximise opportunities. The role offers a generous uncapped commission, a structured salary, and a supportive training path, with guaranteed monthly payments while building your pipeline.

Formación

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Mortgage and Protection Advising experience essential.
• Strong communication across emails, calls, face-to-face and video.
• Right to work in the UK evidenced at interview.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate own leads and business development.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Compliance teams to streamline processes.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
