Job summary

Just Mortgages in Guildford is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser who holds CeMAP or an equivalent qualification. This full-time, office-based position offers a strong earning potential with an uncapped commission structure and a base salary of £22,000–£28,000.

On-target earnings range from £40,000 to £60,000+ per year, with guaranteed monthly payments while building a pipeline. You will have a company car or a £250 monthly car allowance, plus a laptop and bespoke marketing

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience advising on mortgages and protection essential.
• Ability to engage clients and identify lending needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships.
• Follow up on in-branch leads from Estate Agency team.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance, and Sales teams.
• Deliver exceptional client care from start to finish.
