Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent is required.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Strong communication skills across email, phone, face-to-face and video channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximize value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance and Sales teams to streamline the process.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
