Job summary

Just Mortgages in Romford is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser. You will generate and manage your own client relationships, follow up on leads, and work closely with multiple teams to provide a seamless service.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong communication across email, phone, in person and video.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience building client relationships and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance and Sales teams to streamline processes for clients.
• Deliver exceptional client care from start to finish.
