Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification is required.
• Experience advising on mortgage and protection products is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage and protection products.
• Manage and convert internally generated leads.
• Support clients through mortgage application and approval process.
• Maintain FCA compliance and company procedures.
• Build relationships with buyers, lenders and colleagues.
• Keep up to date with mortgage products and market changes.
