Just Mortgages in Stevenage is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to build and manage a client base with strong earnings potential. A CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential, with support for training and professional growth.

You will generate leads, work with Estate Agency teams, and deliver exceptional service from first contact to completion. A company car or car allowance and a structured career path form part of the package.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal right to work in the UK evidence required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance and Sales leadership to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
