Job summary

Just Mortgages in Maidenhead is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to generate and manage client relationships, supported by a robust training and progression plan.

You will work with the Estate Agency team to follow up leads, build a steady pipeline, and deliver exceptional customer service across all channels. A competitive base plus uncapped commission is offered, with a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Right to work in the UK with evidence required (Passport/Birth Certificate, National Insurance, Proof of Address, Driving Licence).

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance and Sales teams to streamline the process for clients.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
