Job summary

RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS (UK) LTD is expanding its Mortgage Advisor development team. The role centers on onboarding new Advisors, coaching existing staff to boost performance and protection penetration, and delivering observations and KPI reviews within the established T&C framework.

The role requires a CEMAP qualification (or equivalent), a full driving licence, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Delivers onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors.
• Coaches and develops existing advisors to improve performance.
• Conducts observations, KPI reviews, and CPD support within the T&C framework.

Responsibilities

• Support branch integration and help embed new recruits.
• Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions.
• Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance.
