Job summary
Cubitt & West is expanding our Mortgage Advisor team across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. The role involves delivering onboarding, coaching and CPD support while ensuring our terms and conditions are followed.

Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management within Financial Services
- CEMAP qualification or equivalent is required
- Strong relationship-building skills and a solid work ethic
Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors
- Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration
- Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework
- Support branch integration and help embed new recruits
- Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
- Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions
- Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance
