Job summary

West One Loans is seeking an experienced Telephone Business Development Manager to drive new business through introducers in the Watford area. You will own broker relationships, assess opportunities, and progress enquiries into applications within SLA.

You will work closely with the regional BDM to maximise sales and keep HubSpot CRM updated with all activities, ensuring product knowledge and market awareness remain current.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales/BD role is beneficial.
• Knowledge of bridging finance or lending products is desirable.
• Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage introducers to generate new business opportunities.
• Present Bridging product propositions and USPs to brokers.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records with discussions and next steps.
• Follow up on terms and progress applications within SLA.
• Support field BDM to maximise sales within the region.
