Job summary

Together is seeking a Mortgage Broker Account Manager to deliver outstanding service by phone and email to Mortgage Brokers, building strong relationships and driving sales in line with KPI targets.

The role involves responding to inbound enquiries, feeding market feedback to Account Managers, identifying broker needs, and representing the company professionally across all intermediary interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services
• Telephone Sales experience
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
• Strong Objection handling and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
• Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers and in terms of the market, helping the Account Manager's to identify new opportunities
• Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
• Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company's products and services
• Immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners.
