Job summary

Together, based in Cheadle, Cheshire, is seeking a Mortgage Broker Account Manager to deliver outstanding service to Mortgage Brokers by phone and email, building strong relationships and driving sales end-to-end.

You will work with Account Managers to meet KPI targets, respond to intermediary inquiries, identify opportunities, and promote our products and services. CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Financial Services
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
• Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
• CeMAP Qualified or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
• Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the Brokers and in terms of the market, helping the Account Managers to identify new opportunities
• Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
• Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company's products and services
• Immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners
