Together in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mortgage Broker Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to mortgage brokers via phone and email. You will collaborate with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure KPIs are met, while maintaining strong broker relationships and promoting Together's loan and product offerings.

The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, strong communication skills, and CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding service to Mortgage Brokers by phone and email.
• Work with Account Managers to drive sales and meet KPI targets.
• Identify intermediary needs and provide accurate solutions across products.
• Manage new/existing broker relationships, promoting Together's products and services.
• Represent Together professionally to intermediary partners and uphold company policies.
