Job summary

Evolution Money in Manchester City Centre is seeking an experienced Team Manager for Mortgage Advice (Second Charge). You’ll lead a team of up to 10 telephone-based Mortgage Advisors, ensuring compliant delivery of suitable financial solutions and meeting regulatory requirements.

You’ll coach and develop staff, drive performance, manage dialer campaigns, and provide daily/weekly reporting. Prior CeMAP and FCA environment experience essential; sales-focused and customer outcomes priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Team Manager experience in a similar role.
• Full CeMAP qualification.
• Minimum 12 months experience within an FCA regulated / financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of up to 10 telephone-based Mortgage Advisors / Mortgage Support Advisors.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and outcomes.
• Own team performance in line with company objectives.
